European stupidity and selfishness is forcing American automaker Ford to make some brutal changes to its five-year business plan. It is believed that its new plan will be presented to the company’s thinkers sometime this July.
Explaining that the seemingly never-ending European financial meltdown has been and continues to give the automaker’s finances a beating, Ford CFO Bab Shanks said, “We have to develop a better plan in response to what’s going to be a much less favorable external environment. How do we tack to respond to new realities? That’s what we’re in the process of doing.”
Ford believes that in may lose around $600 million in the old continent this year.
